On December 20, 2019, BCI & BIMC signed the "Cooperation Framework Agreement on Further Promoting the Construction of Alternative Dispute Settlement Mechanism for Commercial Disputes" (hereinafter referred to as Cooperation Agreement) with Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People's Court (Qianhai Court) and Shenzhen Nanshan District People's Court (Nanshan Court) respectively. Mr. Hu Zhiguang, Deputy President of Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, Ms. Ye Qing, Deputy President of Qianhai Court, Mr. Liu Yisu, Deputy President of Nanshan Court, and Dr. Xiao Jingyi, BCI & BIMC's Executive President of Council, signed the Cooperation Agreement respectively.
Dr Xiao Jingyi, BCI & BIMC's Executive President of Council, introduced to the present guests a new model of "Foreign Law Ascertainment + International Commercial Mediation" which is a pioneering exploration that BCI & BIMC has carried out nationwide, as well as the features of International Commercial Mediation in BCI & BIMC in terms of the international outreach, professionalism and digitalization.
