On May 13, Shenzhen Longhua District People's Court (Longhua Court) signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Alternative Dispute Settlement Mechanism" (hereinafter referred to as MOU) with Benchmark Chambers International & Benchmark International Mediation Center (BCI & BIMC). Mr. Wang Zehong, Deputy President of the Longhua Court, and Ms. Li Zhuoying, BCI & BIMC's President of Council, signed the MOU respectively.
In the MOU, two parties will jointly establish a cooperative operation mode, specify the daily work form, and established financial support scheme for mediation, and further optimize the services guarantee work of business environment by building a professional and unique mediation cooperation and exchange platform, to achieve a stable, fair, transparent, and predictable business environment based on rule of law.
Ms. Li Zhuoying, BCI & BIMC's President of Council, introduced to the present guests a new model of "Foreign Law Ascertainment + International Commercial Mediation" which is a pioneering exploration that BCI & BIMC has carried out nationwide, as well as the features of International Commercial Mediation in BCI & BIMC in terms of the international outreach, professionalism and digitalization.
