On September 6, BCI & BIMC (formerly known as BCI) and AnJie Law Firm co-hosted the "Seminar on the Resolution of Insurance Disputes".
During the meeting, Ms. Li Zhuoying, BCI & BIMC's president of council, delivered a speech as a guest representative. Ms. Zheng Fangying, officer of Legal Consultation Department of BCI & BIMC, made a keynote speech entitled Ascertainment and Application of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and Foreign Law--Taking Legal Disputes Concerning Insurance Products in Hong Kong As an Example.
This seminar also invited experienced trial judges, experts and scholars, senior lawyers and other speakers to analyze insurance dispute resolution from different perspectives, and conduct in-depth discussions on hot legal issues such as insurance law ascertainment, cross-jurisdiction litigation of insurance disputes, and reinsurance contract disputes.
