On the afternoon of September 8, more than 20 representatives of Hong Kong barrister and lawyer visited BCI & BIMC (formerly known as BCI) and had a friendly discussion with Ms. Li Zhuoying, BCI & BIMC's President of Council, Dr. Xiao Jingyi, Executive President of Council, Mr. Andy See, Senior Consultant, and Ms. Han Ting, Council Member of BCI & BIMC.
Earlier in the day, representatives first participated in the 2019 Common Law Adjudication Principles Conference -- Comparative Study of Contract Law in Mainland China and Hong Kong, which was sponsored by the Department of Justice of the Government of HKSAR, the Guangdong High People's Court and the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court, and organized by BCI & BIMC. They were then invited to visit BCI & BIMC to have a more in-depth communication on the development of the legal service industry in Guangdong and HKSAR.
Dr. Xiao Jingyi, BCI & BIMC's Executive President of Council, was introducing BCI & BIMC to the representatives.
Ms. Li Zhuoying, BCI & BIMC's President of Council, was introducing BCI & BIMC's service of foreign law ascertainment.
Mr. Andy See, Senior Consultant of BCI & BIMC, was introducing the Legal Map of "Belt and Road" that had been established by BCI & BIMC.
Representatives of Hong Kong barrister and lawyer were engaged in active discussions.
